The hidden kingdom “Tibet” has been always a mysterious land for outside world. It has capture man’s imagination beyond expression. The beauty of the nature, landscape, peoples and their mystical culture has always aroused the curiosity of man’s mind. The capital city of Tibet “Lhasa” situated on the elevation of 3000m. above the sea level. Tibet known as the roof of the world was invaded by Chinese in 1950 A.D and after two decades was opened for the outside world.

In this tour, we will start our tour from Kathmandu with one day sightseeing in the valley, you will have an opportunity to explore Kathmandu valley which is known as unique blend of Hindu and Buddhist culture. that fall in the 7 lists of UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Then our journey begins by a jeep from Kathmandu to explore Tibet by surface one way and one way would be by flight So, you have the chance to explore all small and big villages, towns, different landscapes, monasteries, ancient stupas or shrines, bazaars and Tibetan herds men on the route.

We have to drive through some passes the highest pass is on the elevation of 5010m high above the sea level. Then our journey ends at Lhasa, which was the kingdom of Tibet and where lies the masterpiece of architect Potala palace, including many ancient monasteries, sacred shrines and colorful bazaars and peoples.

After breakfast, we proceed for full day of sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley. The valley is divided into three major cities Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. All of those major three cities have its, own different Durbar Squares.
We will explore Kathmandu Durbr Squre lies in the heart of the capital, it consists of the Palaces, constructed from the 15th – 18th centuries, various temples and shrines dedicated to different Hindu and Buddhist Gods and Goddesses. It is one of the tenth cultural World Heritage Site. The house of a living goddess “Kumari” is one of the major attraction of Kathmandu Durbar Square.
In the afternoon we drive back to ‘Boudhanath’ large Buddhist Stupa UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE, which represents the country’s Buddhism. There are many Tibetan refugees living around the area and each evening they go walking around the stupa. It is fascinating to explore the site. In the late afternoon, drive back to the hotel.
Early in the morning scenic drive to Kerung Border (Nepal-Tibet Border) through the beautiful Nepalese countryside and after necessary border formalities at Nepalese and Chinese immigration, an hour drive to Kerung. Stay overnight at Yuguang Hotel or Similar.
Today early morning after breakfast drive 7 km from Kyirong and  drive to Shakya which is 350km and take 7 hour drive. Overnight in Old Town Hotel or similar.
Early morning visit Shakya Monastery. After lunch drive to Sigatse driving through highest plateau of the world with typical landscape offering the sheer feeling of being on the roof of the world crossing over high passes, from where you can view the breath taking mountain range. Overnight in Hotel Yangchak or similar.
Morning sightseeing to the Panchen Lama’s Tashilumpu Monastery. Drive through the Tibet’s biggest Agricultural field to Gyantse and visit to the Kumbum Stupa & Palkor Monastery. Overnight in Hotel Yutok or Simiar.
Full day picturesque drive along the turquoise lake Yamadrok on the way visit Karola Glacier at the karola pass  and further drive along the Yamadroke lake and drive over Kampala Pass (4794M) from where you can have beautiful view of the Lake and after Kampala pass you will see the  Brahma Putra River (Yarlung Tsangpo) on the way. Overnight in Banaksol Hotel or Similar).
After breakfast your sightseeing tour begins at around 9:00 am from the Magnificent Potala palace built by the King Songchengampo on 7 th  century and after lunch break sightseeing tour of the Jokhang temple in Lhasa and the Barkhor Bazar old Tibetan hub and do kora around Barkhor. Overnight in Hotel(Banaksol Hotel or Similar).
Today after breakfast visit Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery to see debate of the monks. Drepung and Sera are the two of the three Gelug University Monastery in Tibet other one is Drepung Monastery. Overnight in hotel. (Banaksol Hotel or Similar).
Kathmandu Arrival and transfer to the hotel and free day.
After breakfast drive to Kathmandu Airport for the final departure and good bye.

As per the new rules and regulations from the Chinese embassy in Nepal, to obtain a Tibet group visa, it is required that there must be a minimum of 04 people in the group. Additionally, the visa application process in Kathmandu requires the submission of the original passport and may take 03-04 official working days ( Monday to Friday) to complete. Please also note that visa requirements and regulations can change frequently. It is also important to note that Tibet visa requirements and regulations can be change frequently, we suggest you make sure with the Chinese Embassy or your local travel company.

Flight to Lhasa : There are three flight a week for Kathmandu to Lhasa to Kathmandu sector. Its Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The Lhasa flight fare can be change at any time which depends on the season and Chinese Airlines.
